Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print instantly.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Safely place the items in their original Vincero box and secure the prepaid label to the outside of your shipping package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
